In the Event of a Stag & Doe there is a mandatory Bartender Policy
All Bartenders will be supplied by the CRCC and are to be paid at the beginning of the event. Applicant will be responsible to supply a smart serve person at the exterior door.
Applicant Supplied Alcohol
All documents are to be turned into the Hall Manager one week prior to the event

2. 2,000,000 Liability Insurance (Town of Fort Erie and Crystal Ridge Community Centre is to be covered as well as applicant)
There is a $2.00 per person fee to cover the cost of cups, pop, mix, ice, etc.,unless using the CRCC Bar
This fee is payable prior to the event. All bar supplies must be purchased from CRCC.
If alcohol is to be served and you are supplying the alcohol you must obtain all permits. This is a liquor law and must be followed.
No alcohol is permitted outside the building, the Renter should monitor this as often as they can. If an enforcement officer stops by they have the right to shut down the event.
There shall be no alcohol on the premises that is not registered to the Applicant on the special occasion permit.
Rental Policy, Rules & Regulations
Any Caterer with a valid Business license for catering and has been approved by the CRCC Board is permitted to use the tableware, utensils and dishwasher when they have been obtained to caterer a function at CRCC. Caterers will be charged a $125.00 user fee for the kitchen and require a $100.00 cash breakage deposit. Caterers will be responsible and charged for breakage (as per Caterers contract). The Caterer must provide the Hall Manager with a copy of their business license when the function has been booked.
Schools & Churches:
It is the policy of the CRCC if a school or church is holding a special function in the main hall and no use of the kitchen is required the price will be $200.00. This rate is for a maximum of two usages a year. Any other requests must come to the board.
Deposit
A 50% deposit of the rental fee will be required in advance to reserve the Event date and that the rental fee be paid in full one week prior to the start of the event booked date.
The deposit will be returned if cancellation notice is received 3 months prior to the event.
Hall Rules
Applications for the use of the CRCC must be on the approved application form and signed by the Hall Manager and Applicant.
That it is expressly understood that the organizations using the facility assumes full responsibility for the proper supervision of their activity and are solely responsible for claims arising out of their improper supervision and agree to indemnify and save harmless the CRCC , Hall Manager and Town of Fort Erie rising from.
That unless otherwise arranged the Applicant must submit proof of liability insurance and when alcohol is served, alcohol liability insurance in the sum of $2,000,000 stating Town Of Fort Erie and CRCC co- insured.
That, no changes to wiring or lighting occur without authorization. All requests must go to the board and if approved a paid professional will be hired at the applicant’s expense.
That, any damages or excessive mess by the Applicant or their guests shall be billed to the Applicant.
That, all decorations are to be approved by the Hall Manager and the use of confetti (paper or metallic), or rice is prohibited. ONLY painters tape is permitted.
SMOKING is not permitted anywhere within in the CRCC Facilities
For all events the building must be empty by 1:30.
Applicant is to contact Hall Manager one week prior to event to coordinate time for hall set up.
This Applicant accepts the Crystal Ridge Community Centre Rules, Regulations and Rental charges. Also this applicant accepts responsibility for any damages to property and / or injuries to person or persons arising during their use of this facility.
